Saint Live at the Grand Theater

UPDATE 12-21-09

Hello all dear Saint fans, friends and family.

Hellblade...or is it Hell (space) Blade? I look at the album cover and it looks like 1 word. Hmmm... What ever...or is it spelled, whatever? Okee dokee, here is what is going on. Dee Harrington is no longer with Saint. He has left a legacy of amazing guitar work recorded with Saint over the years and he will be missed. Bill Brost is unable to make live appearances with Saint due to other schedule commitments. Larry London will learn his parts and play drums for us live. There is a show planned Feb 13th 2010 at The Grand Theater in Salem OR. This is scheduled to be video recorded for a live DVD to be released later this year.

We have a limited 'oops' cd print of the new Crime Scene Earth album that was just released. Retroactive Records accidentally released the disc with one song that was a scratch track. (preproduction with odd sounds) We will fix that right away. If you got the new CSE with the weird track, hang on to it. The song had interesting moments, but the new mix on the reissue of CSE, you will notice that the final mix is much better. We are looking into pay per downloads for my personal websites; Mr. Saint Fan and this site with Jeff McCormack. Distro of Hellblade and CSE is everywhere. Sorry, I have no copies of the new releases. All Distro is taken care of by Retroactive Records and Armor Records. Rich is almost out of stock. If you want an autographed disc, they are going, going, almost gone. Be sure to ask for a signed copy, because they will be no more. As soon as I find out more about the show coming up, I'll let you all know. Thank you all for your love and prayer support. If you don't want updates, please let me know and I will take you off of my mailing list. As always, I love hearing from each andeveryone of you. God bless and prosper you! Sincerely, Josh Kramer of Saint ...hjk

UPDATE 10-18-09

It has been a wild summer 09! The new Saint CD Hell Blade is soooooooooooo close to being released. The tunes turned out well. I am now working on our setlist for fall winter spring summer shows. Rich and I have been building the show. The line up; Jerry Johnson on Xylophone. Rich Lynch on Tuba. Bill Brost on wash tub and spoons, singing back up vocals. He sounds like Bon Scott vocally. Nice! I love having Bon Scott on backing vocals. We are going to feature this rock and roller in due season on a tune of his caliber and liking. It will be a delight for someone to give me a break live on a tune or two. I am singing operatic madness and playing 5 string banjo. …eh hm… Hey, you’ve never heard me play 5 string banjo? Heavy metal bluegrass. Yeah baby yeah! We’ll get Rich to sing at least one whole song live. I promise! Sorry, Jerry has to focus on his three-ring circus so we won’t put a mic in front of him. That would not be a good thing. The album cover is done, the trax are done, uh, what’s left? I guess that’s it. It is finished. Well, there you go. It’s for sale somewhere. Where? Probably saintsite.com so far for starters I guess. I have no idea when Rich is going to release it. I’ll get more distro info soon. Just, just …just hang tight. As always, Pre-orders will insure your copy secured. Sorry I don’t have any copies for European markets, my site or Mr. Saint Fan yet. The theme is basically the New World Order thing that’s going on lately. The songs still have the traditional 80’s Apocalyptic metal sound with current enhancements.

UPDATE 2-22-09

Hey Saint fans, John Perrine, wild man and master drummer is available to do on line and regular recording session work, and here is his information, hjk:

UPDATE 2-17-09

Vocal services offered by Josh Kramer.  I am available to record vocal tracks on your song. no matter where you live! This is how we can do this little miracle of modern computer wonders:

  1. An mp3 sound recording of the song WITH your vocals as a guide track with vocals louder than the other tracks.
  2. An mp3 sound recording of the song WITHOUT your vocals to let me know how the song sounds with my vocals only.
  3. A lyric sheet is very important so that I don’t use up production time figuring out and writing down your words.  Sometimes vocals get drowned in the mix and or, it is hard to understand what is being said.  It is a waste of my time and your money!
  4. $90.00 for 2 hour session time, paid by pay pal or money order via snail mail. Ask for my mailing address in your email to me. More time can be purchased if you want me to keep working on your project in greater detail.
  5. I will need your mailing address to snail mail a CD of the individual tracks each in 24 bit mac files and mp3 files.  All tracks are recorded dry with no effects and in flat response. (No bass, treble or added effects) This is so that you can add and adjust the EQ, and add your own effects as you wish to your heart’s content.
  6. If you want tracks to be recorded with instruments by Saint members, a chart of the song with chords and lyric sheet is very important. This can be done by making a pdf file from a word document. Instructions for pdf conversion; >save the file as a word document.>hit the control key, and p . (print) A drop down window appears. Click on save as pdf. You can now email the pdf to us with your songs. There you go. Half payment for my services must be made in advance of studio work done for you. A low quality mp3 rough mix sample will be emailed to you for your review of the work done. Upon receipt of full payment with pay pal or a money order, I will send you a CD of the finished tracks, in high resolution 24 bit files within 24 hours of payment.

UPDATE 12-05-08

The "Nicolas The Legend" audio book is awaiting licensing permissions from artist publishing companies and is unavailable at this time. Thank you for your patience, sorry for the wait. It almost takes an act of congress and 6 Japanese C.E.O's to get these kinds of things dialed in for a production like this, (Not to mention a sizable chunk of change up front to the publishers of the music tracks)....HJK

UPDATE 3-04-08

Wow, I want to say thanks to all of the great responses on "Crime Scene Earth" and "The Mark." There are so many, I will be able to answer all of your emails but it may take some time. We are working on the pay-per download thing so please be patient as these things take time. Thank God for the internet, smart webmasters and Paypal. .....HJK

UPDATE 2-08-08

Saint's newest release, "Crime Scene Earth" is rolling towards the launching pad and yes, we are doing a Judas Priest tune in an almost tribute fashion, "Invader".

Jerry Johnson is back in the pack. Saint is Larry, Rich, Dee, Jerry and me and the entire Lynch family, singing backing vocals.

So far the previews have been getting a good response. For up to the nano-second information the album release, go to http://www.saintsite.com

The new and improved, minus the type'o and better reading, "Nicolas The Legend" is almost finished and will be soon available on line as a pdf file and mp3, pay per download.

Absolutely free downloads are available for all customers who purchased the original type'o filled, prototype and request it.

The paperback republished version and the way improved audio book will soon follow.

More pictures and the newest master musician to join on performing ancient chinese themes on Chinese Zither, (The Guzheng, I finally learned how to spell it.) in the audio book. Her name is Daisy Yu.

Thanks again to all of our many blessed fans for supporting us and to our webmasters for all of their hard work. ...HJK

UPDATE 1-27-08

UPDATE 8-28-07

Mountain climbing mary's peak today in beautiful and still green Oregon, USA.

I will be strolling up through the old growth forest, (we hope is still there) with a hiking team to observe the lunar eclipse from the mountan top.

Mary's Peak is a sacred indian patch of ground that we put a radio tower on a few decades ago and the view of the valley on all sides is spectacular.

We will be able to see all the mountain ranges from the coast to mount saint helens and beyond.

The forcast is for clear skys and there may be remnants of the recent meteor shower.

So this is going to be really cool.

Templar has blessed me further by inviting me to Austrailia to do more vocals and spot gigs here and there with some surprise guests...shhhhh, cant say right now...there are some exciting plans ahead. So i am garage sailing, pun intended as I write this and packing my bags as I write.

They tell me the ocean there is full of crocks, sharks and poison rock and jelly fish so i wont be bringing my snorkle and fins.

Saint is half way finished with the next album, "Crime Scene Earth" as we have shared some sample clips in the Saint site. Check em out.

More updates soon. I love to see all the hits our sites are getting!!! You all rock!.....hjk

UPDATE 8-10-07

Josh was recently asked the following question, and wanted to share his response with everyone. The question: "What do you believe is the spiritual significance of music??"

My thoughts on this topic are based on what I've heard preached, seen in the world, and experienced in my own spirit, body and mind.

If we don't sing out loud and quiet praises unto the lord, the rocks and hills will do so for us as mentioned in the Bible. We'll let the experts figure out what all that means.

All I know is that when I am playing music directed to God, shouting on or off pitch at the top of my lungs or whispering praises, worship, questions, and issues of life to him from the deepest depths of my soul, I feel a whole lot closer to him than when I don't.

There is a time in the day for silence and no music too, to hear from the Lord! I have looked at my instruments sitting over in the corner since spring, coated with dust.

I sing privately unto the lord every day though. Helps me stay in touch with God and ready for recording the next song for Saint and my other friends projects here and there.

In God's perfect time, I'll pick up my dusty guitars and mic and do what I love to do best on and off stage as skillfully unto the lord as I can.

I like to get down in the trenches on the front lines with my brothers and sisters, playing whenever, wherever and whatever.

Blessings to all and all of yours...josh kramer...hjk

UPDATE 6-24-07

Spontainious Saint update; my favorite songs of the new project so far...it's really hard to decide.  So far it is the song that Rich sings on by himself.  (can't say title yet. shhhhhh!)

it is very anthemic and he does an admirable job. It is a full on 10 out of 10 lighter waver!  He has really improved vocally since the 80's! it will be a hoot and a nice break to play guitar behind him live.

Speaking of live, Saint is talking to Tom Fest to do a prime time spot. Please email Tom Fest and solidify it for us.  I'd love to see you all there. Heck I don't know what the url is. Maybe it's something like, uh... tomfest.com or something like that. I dunno!

We are also toying with the prospect of playing a spot in a fest here in Salem, Oregon, this summer!!!...Yeah!!!

The weather here in Salem, Oregon has been amazing, cool, a little rainy, moist, nice, beautiful and georgous and very green here in green lucious oregon.

Very similar to germany...nice!  ..hjk

UPDATE 6-21-07

Yes!  We are putting yet another platter out there! I can't say what it's called yet, (Shhhhhhhh!) But I can say that it is heavy hitting, relentless non stop head banging metal.

We are going to have Rich Lynch sing a song for us.  He sings like a bird... a... very, very... large bird. I love it!

We have some surprizes on this one, sorry, no John Mahan or his songs on this one.  Too heavy for this project.

As many of you now already know, the Saint Bio is out there circling the globe! ...Josh...hjk

UPDATE 3-22-07

Today Dynasty in Brazil recieved my vocal tracks to be featured on their up coming album and also my autobiography and are excited to hear the tracks i recorded over here in the US in a nice little studio recorded with ProTools and a really nice mic.

I'm excited to hear the final results. I'll keep you all posted...Josh

UPDATE 2-21-07

It’s 9:00 AM and I’m sending the tracks I recorded last night to Nahor of Dynasty in Brazil. They are going to feature me on a song on their album coming up. They sent me an mp3 in an email of the song called, "King of Kings".

I emailed the song to a studio here in town and laid down the tracks. Wow, this song was a tough one to perform. They pushed my envelope for range and aggressiveness. I think I did a good job. I hope they like it. I screamed my brains out and had a great time doing it.

I love the technology these days to be able to do stuff like this. You can be anywhere in the world and record an album. Amazing!

I'm sitting down to a delicious cup of hot, smooth and delicious mug of Coffee and blueberry bagel smothered in butter and honey here at an internet cafe at 6:30 AM this beautiful day filled with new prospects and blessings received in advance.

My Saint Autobiography and bonus gifts are going to be totally done and available on line in a couple of weeks maybe sooner thanks to my dear brothers and genius webmaisters, Gary and Jeff.

We will make it so that a person can purchase the book using paypal through our website. I love these guys!!! They totally rock and go way beyond the call of duty on the front lines with me in this war we are in against the powers of darkness who are out to steal, kill and destroy peoples hopes dreams and lives disguised as humans!!! (Stalkers from hell be damned and kiss our shields!)

Well I gave my 2 week notice to my current club cover band and will start my sojourn back in the direction to the west coast. God has been gracious and blessed me in this rock and roll boot camp band with these guys here in Omaha. It is time to evolve and progress forward and westward!

I'll keep you all posted as things progress. When you write to me, carbon copy your letter to my yahoo addy for insurance of delivery. Mail seems to be mysteriously getting lost in cyberland a lot lately. thanx bro's and sisters in Heavenly Metal and rightious Rock and Rolll!

Write to joshkramerofsaint[at]hotmail[dot]com and howiez2001[at]yahoo[dot]com. I reply to everyone! This is my promise! ...Josh/HJK

UPDATE 1-27-07

I have good news and less than good news. What do you wanna hear first?

Ok, I'll start with the good news. Dynasty has invited me and my dear friend and brother in Christ-Metal Steve Rowe of Mortification to be featured on their up coming album. If the Lord Wills. No that’s not what the album’s called. It’s just something I am learning how to say a lot lately.

I'll be singing the bulk of the song with Steve Rowe growling out the choruses with me. I love Steve! He is a gem! I don't know when the release date is. They sent us the practice tracks.

We will do all of this work thousands of miles away from each other utilizing amazing digital gadgetry magic and Fed-Ex. I'll need Rich Lynch to snarl and froth at the mouth at me to get the best results even if the best I can do is a photograph of him snarling at me.

I can't wait to hear the final mix. The song is wonderfully bombastic speed metal at it's finest and they are going to let me have total liberty to sound like my most aggressive self. Steve will of course sound like his most aggressive grind core self. For info. go to www.dynasty.com.br

Now for the not so good news:

Well John Mahan and I hooked up for a brief time and went separate ways with the reality of no album project as we had hoped. Well hey, you gotta have hope!

When I got to Kansas, we had high hopes and big dreams of grandeur but with the advent of his pending marriage, commitment to his church group and all consuming career day job, he was left exhausted at the end of every day and no time left for me.

All of this put an end to our recording project plans and plans of a tour. Man, what an amazing guitar player he is though...sigh... Oh well.

Nor am going to hook up with my web master Jeff McCormack on the East Coast to do shows with him either. Ain't gonna happen. It was a fun fantasy while it lasted.

I forgot a big... no, correction; huge stipulation when I made lofty plans to get with John and Jeff. I forgot to say, "If the Lord Wills". OOOOPS. But not all is for loss. I did manage to record everything John wrote over the past 20 years for fun. I called Larry Farkas of “Once Dead” formerly of “Vengeance Rising” and let he and John talk for an hour on my cell phone.

When I called Larry I said, “Hi Larry, this is Josh.” He said, “Josh who?” I said, “Josh Kramer.” He said, “No it’s not!” I laughed and convinced him that it was really me. We laughed our heads off for a moment and I said, Hey Larry, John Mahan wants to say hi. He said, “No way!” We laughed some more and I handed John the phone. They babbled for an hour about band stuff and guitar mumbo jumbo. I had to use a pry bar to pull John off of the phone. That alone was worth the trip to Kansas.

I cornered John and made sure to get his signature on a bunch of posters and memorabilia that I sent to my webmaster Jeff to sell to our blessed and beloved fans.

I joined a working cover band in Omaha NE and I’m doing tours with them all over the place from Biloxi Mississippi to Duluth Minnesota and everywhere in between.

I won't say who they are because they won't let me put my web link on their site...

Ok, now with a valley girl accent and for full effect stick your tongue out and say; "Nnnnnnnh. What...ever. Khh, Oh pah-leeeze! Gag me with a salmon!"

Now wasn't that fun?

My guitar and vocal chops improve by the day. It's good staying in music and keeping busy.

Some times I wonder if I divulge too much about myself to all of you who are interested enough to know what's going on in my life.

What the heck eh? So far, every Saint Fan that has contacted me has won my heart and I consider you all as my personal friends. You are all invited to be part of my autobiography life journal. You all know who you are.

If you care enough to hang with me through these ever changing times then you will always be welcome at my campfire. Just bring your own hot dogs and marshmallows. No boom boxes though please. I like the sounds of the wild and connect with the Neanderthal inside of me!

If you want to know what is going on with Saint, go to www.saintsite.com later y'all. Josh

UPDATE 12-22-06

From the Liberty N' Justice Camp:

Just wanted everyone to read this to put Justin in there prayers. He was in a bad accident last night (Thurs 12-21) coming home from Springfield, IL . There was three guys in the car (Justin and two friends)the car was totaled and Justin recieved 8 staples in head and got glass in his right eye. He will be fine, he is just really sore and really in pain. Any prayers would be appreciated....

Friends, please lift up Justin in your prayers, as well as his family during this time.....Josh

UPDATE 10-17-2006

John Mahan and me hooked up and we are preproducing a cyber project called "Mahan and Kramer of Saint." Pics will soon be available as soon as I get a new camera.

Here is a letter from John to everyone. He told me what he wanted to say over the phone as I typed it out for him. I am at the negociating table with Armor Records to have John appear on the next Saint album with all of us. Would that be cool? I would love to hear him, Rich, Dee and Larry all together. It would be like The Beatles getting back together before Lennon and Harrison died. ...hjk

Dear Saint fans, it's been a long time! For the last 20 years I've been working on extremely heavy material. Josh stands corrected and realizes that there is no comparison to the music I am coming up with these days.

I don't sound like anything that you can compare my stuff to. It has a lot of elements of every type of metal in existence. I love all metal and I've drawn from all of the metal influences over the past 20 years to this day and this new stuff I know you will love. Josh says it will melt your face. He is right.

I've been looking forward to sharing this new music with you all with Josh singing his guts out to this stuff. Write to me I would love to hear from all of you and I promise to write back. Sincerely John Mahan of Saint. Crucifix630[at]hotmail[dot]com

UPDATE 10-2-2006

Dudes, you wont believe it man. Great news! John Mahan, Saint's original guitarist, and I are going to get together mid Oct. in Kansas City and are going to collaborate on a recording project. His music is very updated and in the zone for secular metal radio like Cannibal Corpse, Disturbed, Mortification, Ultimatum, Tool, etc.

John is excited to get with me as I am to get with him. I am still excited to continue working with Saint on future projects with Rich and Dee. I am excited to hear what they both are writing for the next Saint album projects for sometime a year from now.

John is phenomenal on his guitar and shreds with precision. His rhythms are so tight and clean it brings chill bumps. His lead playing is unreal. That's it for now! Stay in touch. ...Josh

UPDATE 5-26-2006

Saint - The Mark O.K. Y'all, here's what's happening: The Mark is officially launched as of yesterday to fans and distro's everywhere.

The album sounds killer. Rich worked around the clock to make this the very best sounding album we have ever made. He deserves a huge standing ovation for the fine work we created in his home studio. We pulled out all the stops on this one. Dee and I assisted in the mixing process. What an education that was.

Dee's playing was astounding, with wild melodies which have to be from a Galaxy far far away. Rich was as solid as ever and was snarling the whole time while recording his parts which really adds to the overall sound. Larry London is one of the finest drummers and nicest guy to have been birthed by a humanoid Earthling Mother. I did pretty good for a white boy. Could have been better. A little pitchy in spots but, oh well. I gave it my best finger in the light socket - Dirkschnider - Dio - Halford - Fogerty - Tate feeling and it sounds pretty darn-digity-dang good. I wanted to sing higher but couldn't. I want to be 6 foot four but that ain't gonna happen. Never satisfied, its time to get a tighter pair of underwear and wedgie them next time I sing.....kidding. That doesn't really work. Tried it. Nope, no difference. You'll just ruin a good pair of underwear.

The Josh Live in Germany at "Headbangers Night 2 " will be arriving soon and only available through this site for now. I finally got to hear the album all the way through and it was very well performed by us all. I started getting winded on the last songs, Full Armor, Phantom of the Galaxy / Steel Killer but held it together and hit every note. Gasp, Gasp, Gasp.

I'm getting tired! There is a photo where I actually was crawling on the stage hanging on the monitor and on my back rolling on the stage in agony still singing because I almost passed out from singing some of those long phrases. I don't remember what song. It made for a funny picture though. I have a funny feeling that the queasy feeling I had through the last part of the show was because I ate three huge herbal throat lozenges before the show that made me have to go worship the porcelain god immediately right after the show. HURL! HURL! Wow, What a metal night that was. What a great show. Barfing after a show with out drinking any booze. What a concept.

The House was very enthusiastic and mopped the floor with their hair. Those Euro-Metal heads really know how to Rock.

My only criticism of my own recorded show in Germany (...and I can be my
meanest critic) was that the awesome thundering Bass played by Carsten Kettering finally his sound came sputtering in 1/2 way through the 2nd song. BUMMER!!! (Technical issues back stage.)

They wanted this disc to be totally live with no extra added bells and whistles I suppose but I would have at least added bass in the blank spot later for the sake of the opening impression for the listener. Other than that the guitars were huge and ripping through Marshal amps, Drums were bombastic and in the pocket but a little thuddy. They should have been more transparent, crisp and punchy. (mix down issue). Our soundman Dominek was a master sound man. This guy mixed for a dozen bands at all of the fests we played at. AMAZING!!!

Well bless my dear German friend Jurgan, who produced the disc. He is a fine construction worker aspiring to be a producer some day. When Saint goes to Germany in 2007 with all members, we will revisit it and re-mix it only to sound better and add the bass at the beginning. All in all, Christ is being glorified and everyone is getting pumped for God. We are doing that which we love to do and that is to bring you all the very best metal we can make.

There is a gig in California coming up. see the Saint site for details. Hope to see as many of you as possible soon on tour. God bless us all and prosper. In Christ's unfailing love, Josh Kramer...hjk

UPDATE 4-19-2006

"The Mark" is done. ( A long sigh...) Right now it's what ... 2:13 am and I'm writing this update? What am I, crazy? ...Don't answer that. The album is now as I speak, (sometime tomorrow during normal peoples waking hours) headed for mastering. There are 12 tracks. If you can guess what the theme of the album is before I finish this sentence, you'll win absolutely nothing but you'll probably be right. Yep. That's right. Revelation. We broke every code and rule on the face of the Earth when it comes to recording. I kid you not.

Dee has taken his guitar playing to a whole new level of achievement. He comes off with these unreal melodic riffs. We've really worked very hard to create this album. The song writing is very us but has an updated edge to it. Rich deserves a standing ovation for being the master Chef in the kitchen putting in a gazillion hours on this thing and his wife still loves him. His daughter still remembers his name, "Daddy". He got fancy in a few very tasty bass moments along with his traditional droning meat and potato's style.

I enjoyed playing the rhythms and lead guitars on one song that Rich and I co-wrote called Alpha and Omega. I have to give credit to Dee for showing me the very cool Van Halen'ish Jamie's Crying sounding thing after the intro and into the segway to the 1st verse. I couldn't resist having it in there as he was goofing around when we were listening to the rhythm tracks. Thank you Dee and Eddie.

Vocally I applied now and then the Udo Dirkschneider finger-in-the-light-socket approach. OK, OK, I even pulled out some Halford'esk stratospheric screams. Breaking out a Ronnie Dio sweet ballad voice to a gravely snarl gave for a nice feel to the anthemic song He Reigns. I laugh every now and then when I hear my Tennessee drawl influence.

I never really noticed it until this recording. Dang Y'all! If you have chronic blue stains on your rear that won't go away, you may very well be a red neck.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz woah. falling asleep at the keys. Not good! I better get to bed now. More later. g'night! ...Josh

UPDATE 11-10-2004

Josh Kramer of Saint recording for Liberty & Justice The trip to Peoria went really well. They rolled out the red carpet for me, (figuratively speaking) and Mike Layne was absolutely one of the most World class professionals I've ever had the pleasure to work with. If I ever do a serious project, he will be my engineer and counsel of choice. I thought Rich Lynch was tough...man, Mike is brutal! I loved it. He really dug deep in me to bring out the very best vocals I may have ever done. We were going for more of an emotional intensity versus the gruff and growl, or high pitched screams I am fond of doing with Saint. It was a totally unique approach for me. I view singing as I do acting which is something I've loved doing since high school. Truly great actors are those whom you love and love to hate in their character roles that they play in movies and on stage. They can be versatile. This is something that I aspire to archive in my singing as well. Mike Layne has succeeded in bringing out a totally different character in my voice without compromising my characteristic vocal signature. Thank You Justin Murr for allowing me the privilege to perform on your wonderful and inspiring project.

And thank you again for making arrangements for me to be able to visit loved ones in Nashville. So many dear friends had me over for dinner, invited me to their children's school performances, demonstrated their much improved musical skills, recorded segues on radio shows and recorded some new scenes for Nicolas in part 2.....Josh

UPDATE 8-2-04
I have been invited to participate on a very special all star recording project featuring my fellow rockers from the 80's with 3 Chord Records courtesy of Armor records.

I will be flown to Peoria in November 2004 record a great song (vocals only) about the struggle of our human experience and being victorious in Christ as we humble ourselves and press on in the battles of daily living.

I'll then stop over in Nashville TN to visit my army of great friends, former church fellowship and the myriad of cast members and musicians of Nicolas there, and Pastor Bob my long time dear friend and precious brother
in Christ.

It is a total honor to be a featured vocalist on this artist compilation album featuring some heavy hitters from the 80's. (I'm zip lipped as to who is going to be on this amazing album for the time being). I'll keep you all
informed as to the progress and release date as well as how you can get your copy.

When I get the green light soon to press release this info, you all will be the first to know.

My home church fellowship here in Salem Oregon loves me dearly and is totally supportive with my work with Saint. Several people have participated with the completion of Nicolas with their wonderful voices and support. All of my personal family, dear friends and church family are very excited for me about this compilation project and my church fellowship will give me a send off blessing when I embark on this mission to sing my guts out for the Kingdom of God which is all of us. Aside from being a totally fun trip, it will be a great, great honor.

Thank you Justin Murr, Mike Layne and Scott Herber, my newest friends and associates.

I am totally looking forward to this! Liberty n' Justice wants to "invite you" to stop by www.3chordrecords.net where they have updates on the follow up All-star CD to "Welcome To The Revolution." The site also has hints on a couple of singers as well as the name of the new CD. The "new" CD is in a melodic hard rock and we are very pleased at the way the CD is turning out. Starting to think about Christmas? Well, we have reduced the prices of our current merchandise inventory!!! Come by www.3chordrecords.net .........

I am surrounded by Heavenly Angels (Saint fans and Saints in Christ who really know and love me!) that stand vigil and powerfully armed to the teeth with the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. The gates of hell will not
prevail against us! The key is to have a humble heart which unlocks the mysteries of God and of the universe. ......Josh Kramer

Update 12-7-03 (The Lord's favorite numbers)
We are looking at a release date of around Feb. 03. Our Title track is called, "In the Battle" We are doing songs now that are heavier than our previous albums. Our message is in the face Gospel.

I don't know what all you have heard regarding the reformation of Saint lately. I would like to say though that Rich Lynch and I are back once again doing the music we love....METAL!!! We have some great drummers for live performance in mind that love the lord. This is Most important!

On the Album playing Drums is the remarkable Larry london. We wished that he would have worked with us but another commercially released band swooped up on him and whisked him away. At $2,000 a week we couldn't compete. The axeman besides me is Jerry Johnson thus far. He really Shreds!!!

Rich Lynch on bass and backing vocals, me on lead vocals, guitars, and backing vocals. We have decided to have Jerry and me do the guitar trax and just the 2 of us playing live for now so we are no longer hearing auditions.

Currently Rich and I are the only original members left. I have worked hard to emulate John Mahan's rhythm playing style along with a combination of Dee Harrington's lead melodic style combined with my own 2 bits thrown in there.

Jerry Johnson is a Great player with a unique playing style. Live I and Jerry will be playing John and Dee's solos as close to note for note as possible because their solos were timeless and deserve nothing less. They were both really hard shoes to fill but I think that we have captured the essence of our traditional sound with some embellishments of our own. I'll put the photos of our sessions in this site which is now the official "Saint Store".

Distributors are kicking down our door to get the first releases. (bless their heart's). Everyone that's written to us will be notified as soon as we have product available, so drop us a line! Speak your mind! ...Josh

An Apology

Hey folks, I apologize for leaving Saint in 89 with out much notice to any one except Rich.

I was not aware of how many people in this world really actually loved us as much as you all did. I left Saint sabbatical-sojourn fashion wanting to jump back into the saddle soon after having spent much needed time with my dear brothers and sisters in Redondo Beach California Sanctuary church, under the love and guidance of my precious brother in Christ, Pastor Bob Beeman. Pastor Bob gave me a soft place to land with suit cases and music gear in hand. I fellowshipped with them and was well fed spiritually for about a year.

I got surrounded by christian music industry people that loved me and cared for my spiritual as well as hair growth. #:) I body surfed some monster waves whipped up by an off shore earth quake. and my good friends Robby Bronz and Howard Thorne were there with me 2 different times of the day  to make sure I got out of the water alive. Their words were something like,"Josh dude, you're crazy man!!!"

It was almost impossible for Rich and me to keep in touch except by expensive phone calls and snail mail. E-mail was a luxury that few people had back in the old days. Money dwindled and I got stranded down there. Rich became discouraged and needed a singer, so he had to sadly let me go. I tried to find people to hook up with down there, but there were not many openings.

I did meet and jammed with one of Earths finest guitarists and unbelievably funny Scott Sifton. He is truly remarkable. He and I put together some very cool pre production ideas with him on guitar and me on bass as featured on the Saint Basement tapes Faze
1. Write to me. I read and respond to all mail. Hope to see you in your home town soon!!!!!!

Sincerely from the bottom of my heart, Josh Kramer..... P.S......It's good to be back at the helm. Thank you all! May our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ guide, protect and bless you all.

Please keep us in your prayers.

Sincerely, Josh Kramer
